The 9th Annual Function of Third Sunday Foundation was celebrated with great enthusiasm as a "Soldiers Day" on 16th August 2026 at Atre Rangmandir Conference Hall, Kalyan (W), marking 9 remarkable years of service, togetherness, and impact.

The celebration began with the ceremonial lamp lighting by Lt. Santosh Nalawade (Retd., Indian Army), Sergeant Deepak Gadre (Indian Air Force), and Mr. Sadashiv Chavan (Founder, Jeevan Samvardhan Foundation).

Their inspiring words and experiences added immense pride and motivation to the occasion.

Third Sunday honored Mr. Yogesh Zunjarrao for his work with the tribal community and plastic waste management, and Mrs. Maya Vhatkar (Abhidnyan Academy) for her contribution through counselling and community support.

In a heartfelt tribute to our brave soldiers, INR 2,00,000 was donated to the Support Our Heroes & Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre.

Volunteers showcased Third Sunday's inspiring 9-year journey, followed by energetic dance and soulful singing performances by Ms. Gayatri Ugale, Mr. Sudhir Walanj, Ms. Harshita Joshi, and Ms. Chetna Shelar.

We may not be able to change the whole world, but we can certainly change someone's world—and that is exactly what Third Sunday Foundation strives to do.
